Iowa Weather Forecast
There is up to a 25% chance of isolated non-severe thunderstorms over eastern Iowa today. The next chance for showers and thunderstorms arrives late Wednesday night into Thursday. The best chances are 30% to 60% and are over the northwest half of the state (roughly northwest of a Shenandoah to Decorah line). A few strong storms may occur as well. Breezy conditions are expected Thursday into Friday. Wind gusts during the afternoons may reach or exceed 35 mph at times especially north of U.S. Highway 20.
