Brennan Jontz has always lived in central Iowa. He was born in Ankeny, Iowa, and currently resides in Des Moines, Iowa. Brennan graduated in 2011 from Bondurant-Farrar High School and went on to get his associate’s degree in automotive collision technology.
The weather has always played a huge role in his life, from all of the weather books when he was younger, to staring out the window at an approaching storm. Photography and cinematography are definitely something Brennan Jontz has been working on and improving on. “If I can share the beauty and power of a storm, then I’m doing something right,” he says. When not out chasing storms, Brennan enjoys photographing the night sky (Aurora Borealis, Milky Way, and Moonlit Landscapes), traveling, bicycling, and playing the guitar.
