0

A cold front will be crossing the state Friday late afternoon into the evening. This will trigger off a line of storms that could produce large hail, damaging wind gusts, and possibly a tornado or two.

Storms are expected to develop west of the state just after 6 p.m. and will advance off to the east. Storms will then begin impacting northwest Iowa as early as 7 p.m. and will continue to track to the east throughout the evening.
